New York Bike Expo Report

May 04, 2016 1 min read

The 5 borough bike tour is an annual 40 miles closed course ride throughout New York city attended by upwards of 40,000 riders. In conjunction with the ride Bike New York holds their annual Bike Expo. The expo is where all registered riders must show up to grab their registration packet. 60,000+ attendees and over 100 brands was enough for us to pack our bags and get on a flight to New York City.

The event was great! We met a lot of people from all over. Thanks to everyone who came by the booth.

Some highlights of the show

  • Meeting Squid @cyclehawk,
  • Corey @coreythecourier rocking some H20s during the Momentum Magazine fashion show.
  • Being neighbors to Haagen Daz who were giving away free samples
  • Seeing how many New Yorkers already were rocking DZRs at the Expo
  • All the positivity and excitement from everyone who stopped by the booth.

After the show we stuck around the city for a few days an got an opportunity to visit the local shops. Thanks to everyone for the time we spent. We’re looking forward to attending the event again next year.
